Last night was the local baseball teams closing game. We decided to go since it was bogo free tickets and $1 hot dog night. Can't beat it! Emma loves baseball ever since she went to her first Rangers game. Even if it's on tv she will sit and watch for a minute. We had a great time hanging out with our friend Chris and the $1 hot dogs were a nice treat. Emma topped her evening off with a giant snocone which was then followed up by a sugar high, then rounding home with a sugar crash. Take me out to the ball game!!!!!
We are a family that is spontaneous and on the go but like to slow down long enough to sit in the bluebonnets-We love to travel and see new things-We enjoy our time together but also enjoy our own interests-Emma is an artistic spirit who is always up for something new-Steve loves cars and the outdoors-Miranda is a homebody, who loves to cook&listen to music-Ella is a busy toddler always into something-"We love this crazy, tragic, Sometimes almost magic, Awful, beautiful life."

Fort Worth Museum trip
Last month my mom and I took Emma to check out the Fort Worth Museum now that's it's been all re-done. It was ok but for as much as they charge I was expecting more. Emma had more fun at the end in the FREE water fountain lol

We made a trip up to Yukon,OK on July 4th weekend and had a fabulous time. It was only about a 3 hour drive but we were all in need of a getaway. We had so much fun just doing all the local things. It was a small town so no big crowds or waiting. Emma got to ride ponies and pet goats. There was also face painting, train rides, jump houses and spin art. The most awesome thing is it was all free. After that fun we decided to go eat by our hotel. A mexican place called Alfredo's. It was beyond delicious!!! Then we headed back to the park and got our seats ready for the most spectacular fireworks show we had ever seen. The next day we went to see the Oklahoma City bombing site. It was a very humbling experience and makes you thankful for the little things in life. After that is was time to catch a bite to eat so we drove down Route 66 and found this cool diner named Pop's. They sold something like 200+ different types of pop. It was definitely a fun family trip to remember.
